TCI Lane Ranch will be an environment that is both physically and mentally healthy, allowing residents and visitors to thrive in their passions. We envision our children growing up in a world full of real communities founded upon thoughtful human habitats that are scaled and tailored to their inhabitants and their environment, communities modeled after TCI Lane Ranch.
The overall design philosophy for TCI Lane Ranch is rooted in the proven concept of rural clustering, allowing for the preservation of 70% of the site as common open space. This was achieved primarily through the creation of six distinct neighborhoods, each with its own character and variety of housing types. Many of the neighborhoods are oriented around their own open space park, while an extensive trail network provides convenient connections to the central community center and park, as well as the Roaring Fork River. A 32-acre conservation easement along the entire Roaring Fork River frontage provides protection of water quality, wildlife, and preserves the recreational experience of this amazing river corridor.
The centerpiece of TCI Lane Ranch is a dynamic community hub which includes a new 2000 square foot greenhouse and organic community garden space, an existing barn remodeled for use as a multi-purpose space, an open park, the confluence of two naturalized waterways, a kids water play area, a small playground, and trails connecting directly to the surrounding neighborhoods.
