Infastructure construction is planned to begin in the Spring of 2016.
Custom home building is planned to begin in the Spring and Summer of 2017.
Lot sizes range from approximately 1/4 acre to 1/2 acres. Home sizes range from approximately 2,600 sq. ft. to 5,500 sq. ft. not including the garage.
Refer to the design guidelines for sustainable construction requirements. All home designs are subject to approval by the Design Review Committee (DRC). While sustainable, energy-efficient building can increase the cost of construction, the greater impact on cost of construction is in the selection of home finishes. Ultimately, the cost of construction will vary for each home and should be determined with your architect and home builder.
We are currently working with RFTA and Garfield County to secure the pedestrian bridge approvals. The bridge is currently slated to be built during infastructure construction phase in the Spring of 2016.
The community greenhouse and garden are owned by TCI Lane Ranch. Questions with regard to operations will be decided by the Home Owners Association (HOA) Board. The trails are mainly private with a few exceptions for limited public access restricted to certain areas.
All lots are assigned a certain number of solar panels depending on the maximum allowed square footage of the home and are included in the lot purchase price.
